John Pipe Ltd Export, Packing and Loading Services

John Pipe Ltd is a long established export-packing, defence packing, case-making and forwarding service including container loading, documentation and progressing dangerous goods.

It was originally established in south Wales in 1961 by the late F John Pipe. The firm is still totally independent and owned by the Pipe family. In October 2002, the Company acquired Active International Movements Ltd, a freight forwarding company, which now operates from its Poole premises serving customers from all over the South of England. 

Fully accredited to ISO9001 from 1991 it places quality high on its list of priorities. John Pipe Ltd has 25,000 square feet premises in Poole and another 12,000 square feet in Chandlers Ford containing all the necessary facilities, such as heavy goods handling, shrink wrapping, weighing and a humidity controlled packing area. The company undertakes all aspects of the exporting process from collection, export packing, and despatch through to final destination by air or sea world-wide. The service includes documentation (letters of credit / legalisation of certificates of origin) and insurance. Almost anything is packed from computers to compressors, control cabinets to racing cars.

All transactions are subject to the standard trading conditions of the British International Freight Association (2000 edition). Copies are available upon request and are printed on the reverse of invoices.
