Will-Burt Company - Telescoping Masts and Mast Products
The Will-Burt Company designs and manufactures telescoping masts and mast products that have been used for mobile military applications worldwide including elevated testing, communications, floodlights, reconnaissance, target acquisition and surveillance. Free standing standard models up to 84ft (26m) can be installed on a variety of vehicles and shelters. Guyed models ranging from 20ft (6m) to 134ft (40m) are available for vehicle, trailer or field installations.
Saber Masts
The compact design of the mechanical drive and thin foil technology provides exceptional strength. The mast can be raised and locked at precisely the desired height up to 49ft (15m). Saber masts are available in freestanding heights from 7ft to 33ft (2m to 10m) with top load capacities of up to 450lb (200kg).
Guyed Field Masts
Will-Burt offers a complete line of lightweight composite telescoping field masts, which range in height from 26ft to 100ft (8m to 30m). Standard models feature payload capacity of up to 150lb (68kg).
QEAM™ Series Telescoping Masts
The QEAM series masts are lightweight crank up models designed for one or two person portability and fast set up of tactical communications. Heights range from 33ft to 50ft (10m to 15 m) with payload capacities from 15lb to 50lb (7kg to 34kg). The 10m QEAM (AB-1386/U) is the standard tactical communications antenna mast for the US army.
Stiletto™ Series Telescoping Masts
The Stiletto series masts are motorized screw drive models with heights from 14ft to 50ft (4m to 15m) with payloads to 125lbs (57kg). Stiletto masts have self-locking sections allowing limited on the move mobility with partial mast extension.
