TAM AS designs and produces all kinds of Mobile Lightweight Shelters and Expandable Shelters for Rapid Deployment.

For nearly 25 years TAM AS has focused on producing quality, long lasting, hard skin, lightweight tailor-made Shelters with the use of self-produced advanced sandwich panels. Our quality is approved in use from Artic conditions to the Deserts with excellent results.

TAM’s experience in making “the impossible” possible is a result of close collaboration with clients and of participating in the fields with our military customers. This experience has given TAM a great advantage as a shelter designer and producer.

Over the last 15 years, many clients have focused on logistics and wanted as much floor space as possible on site. TAM started developing the Expandable Shelter for Rapid Deployment. The first types were launched in 1993.

Military Shelters
Today TAM has several types of Expandable Lightweight Shelters and non-expandable shelters, for all kind of transport and Rapid Deployment. All types have been verified in international operations with good results and all TAM Shelters meet different military and civil standards.

Our shelters are delivered as stand-alone but connectable systems are also available. TAM delivers a range of shelters from “empty boxes” to fully equipped, but we never supply communication systems to avoid conflicts as subcontractor to communication- and system suppliers.
