TACO Communications Inc. is a leading manufacturer of Rugged VHF and UHF communications antennas for both military and commercial markets.
TACO began in the communications industry almost 75 years ago and has been involved in military communications since World War II. We are actively involved in ground-air-ground communications and tactical communications.
Muldipol Rugged VHF/UHF Antennas
The TACO Muldipol is rugged, lightweight construction from a fiberglass wound radome. These multi-port antennas save valuable real estate on communications towers with providing up to 4 output connectors. Available in special color options such as desert sand, battleship grey, olive drab and tan.
TACO Antennas are designed for the harshest conditions and are built to military standards MIL-STD 810 A & B and MIL-STD 210 &210A.
Tactical Folding VHF/UHF Antennas
TACO Antennas now offers tactical, folding and two-piece options for many of our popular Muldipol series of antennas. This gives you ease of deployment for tactical applications and compact storage during transportation on aircraft, shelters, jeeps or humvees.
Other products
TACO also manufactures military SATCOM antennas for VHF and UHF frequencies. These TACO Helical antennas are rugged and designed under the same military standards. TACO Helical antennas can also be purchased as 2-Piece antennas for ease of installation and transport.
As well, TACO manufactures 900 MHz, 2.4 GHz, 3.5 GHz, 4.9 GHz and 5.8 GHz antennas for mining applications, Wi-Fi networks and SCADA applications under the brand name Wade Antenna.
