Our DoverPac® Flexible Containment System applies flexible solutions to pharmaceutical potent powder containment during processing of bulk compounds.

Our flexible containment technologies allow continuous, contained processing utilizing specifically developed ArmorFlex® films (compliant with FDA and EU requirements).

DoverPac® is designed to assist operators in performing operations without ever opening up the system. Our ISO 9001 registration assures product quality and operator safety during operations.

ILC's G2Pac™, the smart FIBC, is economical containment that supports dust-free operations and offers reduced cross contamination risks.

Our single-use, processing vessels designed to meet the needs of pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical customers include: (1) the FlexMixer®, consisting of two basic components: a programmable mechanical actuator and a bellows-shaped processing vessel.

The mechanical actuator attaches to the outside of the septum support ring and drives the perforated septum up and down, creating effective mixing jets throughout the vessel; and (2) the FlexSac™ , an economical system with a unique mixer that integrates with a mechanical actuator to provide complete, rapid powder/liquid mixing.
