FATS, Inc. (OTC: FATS) helps make the world a safer place by developing, manufacturing, marketing and servicing high quality weapon simulation and training programs to improve the skills of military, law enforcement and security personnel. FATS was founded in 1984 by Jody Scheckter, a South African Formula One racecar driver, and became a public company in 1996. FATS employs more than 400 people at its headquarters in Atlanta and at facilities in Australia, Canada, the Netherlands, and the United Kingdom.

FATS is the leading worldwide producer of virtual training solutions. The company’s products include air defense, anti-armor, armored vehicle, combined arms, indirect fire and close air support training. Interactive video scenarios developed by FATS also train users in judgmental use of force and the use of less lethal weapons. Systems are available for use in static training facilities, deployed situations or on laptops for in-the-field training. FATS also has a mobile training vehicle for specific training needs.

FATS has dominated the worldwide virtual simulators market since the first system was sold to the U.S. Postal Service. The company has since delivered more than 5,200 small arms training systems, including sales to Federal and state agencies, all branches of the U.S. Armed Forces and law enforcement departments throughout the world.

As threats of global terrorism, homeland security and urban combat increase in importance, FATS is poised for tremendous growth.
