CM Computer manufacturers the finest MIL Specs ATR chassis products, fully qualified by independent Labs per MIL-STD-461E and MIL-STD-810F. We have in house certified facilities for design, CNC machining, chemical coating and painting for the complete ATR chassis metalwork & electronics.
CM-ATR-25 , CM-ATR-35 & CM-ATR-45 . VME & cPCI COTS Chassis series.
A complete range of fifteen military ATR chassis covering the ½ ATR, ¾ ATR & 1 ATR standard sizes. All chassis incorporate a full military Backplane & Power Supply Unit. These enclosures are available in 5 different cooling techniques: FAC (Flowthrough Air Cooled), S (Sealed), SEF (Sealed with Extended Fins), HES (Sealed with Heat Exchanger Sidewalls) & SIXHEX (Sealed with Six Heat Exchangers).
CM chassis card cage can be slot-by-slot user configured to allow intermixing conduction-cooled IEEE-1101.2/ANSI-VITA 30.1 boards or air-cooled IEC-297/IEEE.1101.1 modules. Therefore all CM Computer chassis accept any standard Eurocard form factor.
CM-DI-40 , CM-DO-40 , CM-DI-42 & CM-DIO-40 . Discrete I/O modules.
These isolated discrete I/O boards offer the largest channel density of the market, up to 11 different output device configurations & a wide range of input voltage levels (from 3 to 300 Volts AC/DC). All models provide 64 LED indicators on the board front panel & incorporate specific Built-In-Test circuitry which is enabled under software control.
CM-AD-45 , CM-DA-40 & CM-DA-50 . Analog I/O modules.
Our analog input board accepts a wide range of unipolar & bipolar AC/DC voltages (+-2.5 up to +- 100 Volts). Additionally this board features automatic on-board conversions & data storage in a dual port RAM. The analog output modules are fitted with galvanic isolated channels (with individual input reference) & high accuracy 12-bit or 14-bit D/A converters. These modules also incorporate on-board Built-In-Test that allows testing all TTL and Analog chips.
CM-SD-40 , CM-DS-40 & CM-SDS-40 . Synchro-Resolver I/O modules.
This outstanding family of military Synchro-Resolver I/O modules is well suited for professional applications requiring 16-bit high accuracy conversions. All boards offer galvanic isolated I/O signals through precision Scott transformers, up to 2VA of output power per channel and automatic conversions & Built-In-Test capability.
CM-CPU-40 , CM-Pack , CM-IOC-40 & CM-MEM-40 . Digital modules.
Our military Digital modules include a 32 bit general purpose CPU processor module provided with Ethernet, 1553, ARINC-429 and Graphics. This CPU is complemented by a SRAM or Flash memory expansion board and a 16-channel serial communication module fitted with isolated I/O ports and Built-In-Test.
