Coastal Surveillance Management Systems for Maritime Safety and Security
The company's know how in the fields of navigation and communication is establishing the basis for the success in another field – the VTS-network, Coastal Surveillance and further management systems for Maritime Safety & Security. Based on its successful VTS product line ATLAS supplied various coastal states with fully integrated coastal surface and air surveillance packages. Complementary our high-resolution sonar images reveal even smaller, fast-moving targets (e.g. divers, diver delivery vehicles, etc.) at a safe distance, retrieve critical target parameters and support the deployment of appropriate countermeasures - gapless air, surface and underwater surveillance. Countermeasures (combat divers, ROV’s, AUV’s) will be provided with a continuous flow of realtime surveillance details in order to optimise a coordinated intercept and defence tactic.

For the very first time ever, ATLAS ELEKTRONIK has verified the entire Link22 functional chain with a demonstration system. Here the functional chain consisted of the ATLAS Naval Combat System (ANCS), the Link22 system and signal processing up to active transmission of the data live within a socalled “Super Network”.
