The 9465 DN Dual Sensor surveillance camera utilises the innovative Britannia 2000 BriteEyes dual sensor camera module.
It is designed to fulfil a requirement for a low maintenance, powerful, yet relatively light, camera system which provides colour imagery by day and intensified monochrome images by night. During the day a high resolution colour CCD imager is behind the zoom lens.
As darkness falls, the colour imager is switched out and an intensified monochrome CCD sensor is automatically switched into the optical path, with no loss of boresight, making the system into a highly sensitive night vision camera.
