SubscribeC-ITS AB, Sweden was awarded in competition a firm fixed contract to deliver the first integrated MOUT Level 2 facility by Swedish Defence Administration, FMV.
The contract includes full instrumentation, video capture and exercise control for live force on force exercises in environments with buildings. This contract meets the growing customer need for a tactical exercise area in preparation of military operations in urban terrain. The MOUT facility will make use of earlier material and developments for a prototype system in trials for the Swedish Army the past years.
The MOUT facility will include a further developed variant of the CATS CTC EXCON product, with increased functionality for positioning of players inside buildings, area weapon effect simulation for buildings and visualization for usage in the After Action Review.

As an option, functionality for seamless fully integration with the existing mobile Combat Training Center can be provided.
The MOUT facility will be in full operation from September 2005.
