SubscribeSIMONE is a passive 360° surveillance system in the long-wavelength IR range for detection of asymmetric threats such as inflatable rubber boats, swimmers and boats.
Also land and air targets are identified. SIMONE is characterized by providing comprehensive surveillance, beginning virtually from the ship's side. Hence, SIMONE can be used in harbors and at sea.
The system operates fully autonomously and automatically: it detects, tracks, classifies and prioritizes the threats, alerts the operators with a low false-alarm rate and supports the Combat Direction System.
As image-generating system, SIMONE enables situational awareness through its high-resolution, 360° panorama representation.
