SecuriFax connects simply and easily to any standard G3 fax machines and works transparently with no loss of speed or document quality. Each SecuriFax device has a unique ID while a built-in hardware engine, which generates a 256-bit encryption key, provides powerful encryption.
A set of secret keys is stored in the device, which in turns generates a unique session key that is used for every encrypted page transmission. All key management is performed automatically.
Smart cards are used for convenient key distribution and for fast and efficient back up. SecuriManager is available for more advanced key and network management.
Authentication is featured with a special fax header with remote user identification for enhanced security. Fax information is also protected from within an organization via a memory option that allows storage of fax in designated PIN-protected mailboxes.
