The founder of ARMADA, Mr. Recep Tufan Ilhan graduated from Middle East Technical University, Industrial Engineering Department in 1986.
After graduation he started his career in Government Agencies. In 1992 he transferred to State–owned defense industry were he served as an engineer and senior manager on numerous important defense projects.
In 1998 Mr. Ilhan decided to become directly involved with the business end of the defense sector and founded ARMADA with his colleagues that same year. Mr. Ilhan and each one of the core personnel of ARMADA have more than 15 years of experience in large-scale Turkish military projects.
The dynamic actions of the founder and his colleagues in solicitations of defense/military information and programs, has allowed ARMADA to become a leading service and materials supplier for the Turkish defense/military sector.
