Electronic and Mechanical Assemblies
Danish Aerotech manufactures components and assemblies at a high level of complexity, integrating our metal part production with our capabilities within electrical systems and power supplies.
As a systems supplier, one of Danish Aerotech's core competencies includes the design, manufacture, test and integration of equipment, tailored for use in a variety of applications.
The combination of the assembly and test capability means that when we have received a purchase order from a customer together with a drawing package, the finished product is delivered directly to the customer's assembly line, or directly to the end user.
Through streamlining of the acquisition process our customers benefit from having one responsible supplier for a complete system.
A Wide Range of Applications
For years Danish Aerotech has assembled and tested high reliability equipment for e.g. the F-16 aircraft, the EH-101 helicopter, the Boeing E-3A AWACS aircraft, ships for NATO countries and several installations on land and in vehicles.
We provide full traceability of units and ingoing parts and assemblies (drawing revisions, unit serial numbers, lot or batch numbers, operator ID etc.) as per customer requirements. The assembly of equipment includes parts made in-house as well as assemblies and equipment supplied by approved subcontractors or furnished by the customer.
Danish Aerotech has significant experience as a supplier of integrated assemblies to AgustaWestland, Boeing, Honeywell, Lockheed-Martin, Raytheon and others.
