Danish Aerotech participates in a number of structural programs for fixed and rotary wing aircraft, primarily focusing on structural repair, modifications and manufacturing programs.
The Complete Solution
Danish Aerotech utilises extensive knowledge gained from over 30 years' experience stemming back to the former Royal Danish Air Force maintenance facilities.
Based on modern high-tech machining and sheet forming facilities, a well-established network of approved sub-suppliers, who can supply everything from simple machining operations to complex surface treatment processes, Danish Aerotech offers our customers a fully assembled aircraft or helicopter structure to the highest standard of quality.

Danish Aerotech manufactures high precision sheet metal components and assemblies to close tolerances for the aviation and defence industries. Our core competencies are:
- Aircraft structural components, e.g. avionics consoles and panels.
- Aircraft structural repairs, both scheduled maintenance and unscheduled repairs due to accidents.
Capabilities and Facilities
Danish Aerotech has a well equipped sheet metal shop, including:
- Ovens for heat treatment
- Bending machines
- Rubber press
- Hydraulic press
- Riveting machines
DA manufactures products from mild and stainless steels, aluminium, brass, and copper sheets up to 6 mm thick, and we can produce to a general manufacturing tolerance for complex, flight critical parts of less than 0.2 mm.
The sheet metal shop is supported by Danish Aerotech's machine shop, where CNC operations transform raw materials into the correct outline, before the parts are formed, finalized and assembled in the sheet metal shop.
DA utilises the latest in solid modelling and computer aided design software to design, model and produce detailed production drawings for complex components and the necessary tooling required, as well as sophisticated CAD/CAM software to program our CNC equipment.
This software incorporates automatic tool replacement, advanced automatic nesting and process simulation.
