SubscribeMcDowell Research, the worldwide industry leader specializing in the design and manufacture of power solutions and accessories to support military communications systems, has introduced the MRC-200 Tactical Repeater System (TRS) designed to be used in conjunction with modern multi-band, multi-mission handheld radio systems.
The TRS supports 20 Watt two frequency simplex (2FS) operations across the 30-512 MHz band according to role and mission. A series of field interchangeable duplexors and role-type antennae support specific spectrum coverage so that communications can be optimized according to real-time need.
The TRS can be deployed as a standalone package or is ideally suited to quick-fit installation in a variety of land, air, and maritime platforms. Repeater based systems support a reliable and flexible communications and provides significant increase in capability for the deployed handheld radio user.

- Compact, lightweight package providing effective and immediate tactical communications. A specialized mode allows the TRS to operate from commercial vehicle platforms providing performance capability without exceeding host current limitations
