POLICE HELMET AP 23
Technical Description
This well-tried police helmet with characteristic visor-carrier is suitable for all security forces, which are put into action. The synthetic visor-carrier is tight in every position to the shell, due to that fact the helmet-carrier is also protected during opening of the visor.
The anti-fog and scratch-proofed coated synthetic-visor shows at the top covered up air-slots, which serve as additional ventilation inside the visor.
The synthetic-visor is also available in a tinted version, which has the advantage for the security officer not to be recognized under the visor.
The leather inner-lining additional with 3-point webbing results in an optimal carrier a convenience, which is very effective especially during very long use.
Additionally the helmet is equipped with a padded leather neck-protection, which also protects the helmet user against punches.
Also the helmet can be equipped with a protective mask adapter. This patented adapter-possibility consists of 2 snaps inside of the helmet, which can be folded out if required. The oxygen mask will be pushed over the snaps with the lateral mounted locks. For the conventional oxygen masks these locks are available and can easily be fastened on the oxygen mask.

Shell: Made from high-hit-viscous dyed polyamide. Standard colour is white, other colours available on request.
Visor: 4 mm thick poly carbonate-visor with air-slots on the top, coated inside anti-fog and outside scratch-proofed. On request the visor is also available in brown-tinted version. The visor is bonded with the synthetic-visor-carrier.
Inner lining: Leather inner lining with additional crosswise arranged shock absorber strips. The inner lining is available in 3 head sizes:
small = head sizes 53 - 55
medium = head sizes 56 - 58
large = head sizes 59 - 61
Strap: 3-point webbing with synthetic plug-in connection and soft synthetic chin-straps.
Neck protector: The helmet is fitted with a three-part upholstered neck protection of natural leather.

Accessories: The helmet can easily be equipped with a communication system with contact microphone, which is compatible with the conventional radios.

POLICE HELMET AP 23 T
Technical Description
This police helmet, developed further from the helmet AP 23, has a completely new inner lining, which is fastened into T -slots in the helmet shell.
The inner lining with the highest shock absorbing quality, with an adjustable head net, can be removed from the helmet for cleaning or change without a tool.
The 3-point webbing is fitted with a safety seal and with a new synthetic plug-in lock, which also can be handled easily with gloves.
The one-part neck protection made of synthetic leather shows a particularly high penetration resistance.
The visor with air-slots above, approved at Police Helmet AP 23 was taken for the new Police Helmet AP 23 T.
The New Police Helmet AP 23 T shows an excellent further development of the approved Police Helmet AP 23.
Also for this helmet the 2-point mask adapter is deliverable.

Visor: 4 mm thick polycarbonate-visor with air-slots on the top, I coated inside anti-fog and outside scratch-proofed. On request the visor is also available in brown-tinted version. The visor is adhesived with the synthetic-visor-carrier.
Inner lining: Sweat leather with head net and synthetic carrier unit. The inner lining is fastened into T - slots in the shell, therefore no screw heads on the outside, but a smooth helmet surface.

Technical Description
This robust police helmet with its styrofoam inner lining, available in 4 sizes, is just right especially for longer use.
The metal visor-carrier with the sealing lip tightens up to the shell and is equal to the heavy duty service at hard police operations.
