HMS announces the appointment of Barry Taylor in the new position of Executive Vice President of the company.
Barry joins from Allen-Vanguard, Inc. where he was President. In his new role, Barry will work closely with HMS, Inc. President Stafford Melerine to help further develop HMS Inc.'s profile and build upon an already established successful business. He will manage current operations out of the US office in Washington DC, including advising on existing Department of Defense and Homeland Security contracts and providing a wealth of experience n a technical capacity to enhance HMS Inc.'s capabilities.
