Milfoam’s Foamer Heavy Barrel Cleaning System
The Foamer Heavy Barrel Cleaning System can be adapted for use on gun calibers from 76mm to 155mm, simply by changing adapters. It completely replaces the current abrasive cleaning methods and uses the designed foam technology.
The rugged design of the Foamer enables it to withstand the rough handling of service usage and field conditions, in extreme operating temperature conditions varying from -20 to +50 degrees celsius.

The Foamer System is a portable system which is packed in solid cases. It is also possible to mount it in a cupboard on wheels for workshop use or to integrate the Foamer System on any in-service all-terrain light military vehicle, modified to meet the specific requirements of the user.
Effective and Cost-efficient Cleaning With Less Manpower
The Foamer System is designed to perform the complete cleaning, drying and oiling of the gun barrel. All residues in the gun barrel, especially copper and powder are removed without moving the barrel from the platform. The Foamer System reduces the costs and minimizes the time needed to efficiently clean any gun barrel.
The cleaning operation of the Foamer System can be easily accomplished by a crew of two people. The whole operation is semi-automatic using the control unit in automatic mode. It is possible for the maintenance personnel to conduct other tasks while the Foamer is working. As an alternative the Foamer may also be manually operated. The system is capable of utilising various grades of oils/lubricants normally used for gun maintenance.
