SubscribeIn 2005, 2 Megadoors 16m x 5.2m (wxh) were installed at the French Army's Mountain Flight Training Centre in Sainte Léocadie.
Megadoor advantages which led to the order:Wind load resistance, vertical opening to avoid snow and ice problems,larger door opening - both width and height - compared to the existing doors and the competitors sizes, and the translucent door leaves!
The Megadoors were installed externally with protective casings around the motors.
