Types of Manufacturing that Aish Technologies Ltd provide, ranging from Sheet Metal, CNC Machining to Mechanical Assembly, Clean Room Services.
Sheet Metal
The corner stone of Aish Technologies' manufacturing ability, lies in our sheet metal department. This area is where the majority of products start life. In recent months we have invested in the latest Trump Punch / Laser cutting machine. This machine tool has the positional accuracy of a CNC punch with the high speed profiling capability of a laser.
To complement this machine we have installed a 130 tonne 3-meter Trump brake press. In addition to these machines we have a range of Amarda brake presses, guillotines and ancillary equipment.

CNC Machining
At Aish we have a large CNC machining department with 5 CNC machining centres, the largest of which has a maximum component capacity of 1600 mm x 750 mm x 650 mm weighing up to 2000 kg. The majority of our machining capacity is to complement our own production requirements, however we do offer a sub contract machining service, working on one off batches to high volume production.
We have experience working within the nuclear and pharmaceutical industries.

Paint Shop
A recent addition to Aish Technologies manufacturing capability has been the introduction of a paint shop. This facility gives us the ability to apply both wet paints and powder coatings. The system comprises of a 4 metre x 4 metre spray booth, with both low and high bake ovens.
The largest high bake oven has a surface area of 3 metres x 3 metres. This modern paint facility offers Aish the ability to apply paint to any specification be it high bake stoving, powder coating or air drying, whilst producing inclusion free high quality finishes.

Fabrication and Welding
Not many projects go through our factory without the need for fabrication and welding. Our welding department carries out both MIG and TIG welding in most materials including Mild Steel, Stainless Steel and aluminium. All of our fabricator welders carry standard approvals, however should a specification arise that is out side our current scope we are happy to obtain the specific approval required. Our welding expertise also extends to aluminium brazing, spot welding and manual metal arc welding. Our sales team will be happy to discuss any specific requirements.

Mechanical Assembly
The mechanical assembly section at Aish is responsible for the detailed fitting and assembly of all mechanical products. The section employs highly skilled and motivated craftsmen, capable of completing complex assembly tasks with a minimum of supervision. We pride ourselves on being agile and flexible, and having the ability to incorporate design and product changes with a minimum of fuss.

Electrical Assembly
Within the electrical assembly department our skilled wire-men carry out electrical assembly to the highest standards, working not only with conventional wires and cables but also with fibre optics. We hold an extensive range of calibrated crimp tools and cable identification equipment. Much of our work is low volume, point to point wiring, however for volume work looms are manufactured.

Clean Room
In line with our company policy to retain as much work as possible and to negate the need for sub-contracting, it became necessary to manufacture our fibre optic cables and more recently our own range of TFT displays in house. The specialist needs of these processes meant that we had to build two clean room facilities. These rooms have air filtration and special procedures relating to their operation.

QA and Test
A primary function within the company is quality assurance. The personnel within this department strive to ensure that the company works within the scope of our ISO 9001 accreditation and in accordance with the laid down company procedures. The day to day activities would include direct measurement of manufactured products, testing of electrical assemblies, goods inwards inspection, control of calibrated equipment and production of quality plans to name but a few.
