Now, with 8 agencies (Lyon, Paris, Aix, Toulouse, Mulhouse,Audincourt, Lille, Cherbourg) and a presence in 40 countries through either subsidiaries or authorised distributors, 01dB-Metravib strengthens its position as the reference partner in the following domains:
- Improving the quality of life through measurement and abatement of noise and vibration
pollution, - Preventing risks through detection and diagnosis based on vibro-acoustic methods.
“This merger strengthens the synergy between the historical expertises of the two companies, both of which have been pioneers for major innovations for more than 20 years”, said Patrick Luquet, Managing Director of 01dB-Metravib and co-founder of 01dB.
This process was engaged last summer by the new President, Pascal Dupuy, and results from the will expressed by Technicatome (Areva Group), the shareholder, to strengthen and develop “Equipment and Solutions” activities in the acoustics and vibration field. This strategy relies on innovating solutions, such as urban noise monitoring networks, global solutions for robust and silent design, systems for optimisation of production tool costs and industrial risk prevention, and insecurity protection systems for people and goods.
