Engineered Air Systems, Inc. (EASI) designs and engineers a
wide range of military support equipment including nuclear/biological/chemical defense systems, environmental control systems and water storage, purification and distribution systems.
Bare Base Heater
The Bare Base Heater Model H82 Recirculation Portable Heater has been designed by Engineered Air Systems, Inc. meeting rugged military requirements. The heater has been developed to provide automatic temperature controlled heating to meet the needs of personnel and equipment in shelters, vans, and other enclosed areas.
Engineered Environments, Inc. (EEi) is a well established company that provides engineering and manufacturing of customized air conditioners, heat exchangers, chillers, air filtration systems, environmental control units and aircraft ground support equipment for use in commercial and military industries.
Lightweight Environmental Control Unit (LECU)
- USAF Qualification Tested
- High Pressure Blower (3.0” ESP.)
- Lock and Stack 2 High
- NBC Compatible Duct Connections
- CARC Paint (green or tan)
- Forklift Pocket
- Internal Storage for Cables, Remote Control Box, and Air Ducts (1-7’ and 1-5’ Uninsulated)
Lightweight Environmental Control Unit (LECU)
Keco Industries, Inc. engineers and manufactures military support equipment including environmental control systems, water purification systems and refrigeration equipment.
Field Deployable Environmental Control Unit (FDECU)
The FDECU is a heat pump intended for use in cooling, heating, dehumidifying, filtering and circulating air for portable shelters. The system can be outfitted for use in chemical/biological contaminated areas.

Rapidly Installed Fluid Transfer System (RIFTS)
The Rapidly Installed Fluid Transfer System conduit reel manufactured by Keco Industries, Inc. enables all the components needed to deploy and recover one mile of 6” hose. This new high-pressure, layflat fluid conduit significantly improves deployment and retrieval rates, reduces manpower requirements, and reduces total container storage requirements versus standard fluid conduits.

Radian, Inc. is a full-service engineering and technical support services provider with four divisions: Engineering, Advanced Technology, Asset Protection Systems, and Systems Integration Services. Asset Protection Systems Division provides government and commercial clients the full spectrum of protection to human, physical plant, and information resources assets.
Armor Protection Kits (APKs)
For the US Army’s Family of Medium Tactical Vehicles (FMTV), Radian engineers developed computer-generated solid models of the necessary armor components for the armor protection kits. These models facilitated the primary redesign work and integration of the entire package and also enabled all engineering and finite element analyses to be conducted in parallel with the design effort.
Prior to fabricating a prototype kit, Radian performed a series of computer simulations to determine the potential effects of the additional weight on the vehicle chassis/suspension and overall vehicle performance such as braking, handling, turning, and lane changing. The end result was a protection kit that did not impair vehicle performance and passed live-fire testing the first time.
The major design benefits of the armor protection kits include substantial protection for the FMTV's crew and key components; simple bolt-on/bolt-off application to fit over the existing cab; and incorporation of an environmental control system for air conditioning these 'buttoned-up' cabs. Once in country, these armored vehicles will immediately begin to help save soldiers' lives by significantly reducing injuries currently being caused by small arms fire, landmines, and improvised explosive devices penetrating the crew compartments of the vehicles.
Systems & Electronics Inc. (SEI) is a leading designer and manufacturer of military support equipment including aircraft loading systems, heavy transportation systems, fire-control support systems, radar systems, specialized avionics testing equipment and material handling equipment.
M1000
The M1000 Heavy Equipment Transporter (HET) semitrailer carries armored vehicles and other heavy equipment up to 70 tons and more, including the Abrams Main Battle Tank (M1 series); 80-ton payloads can be accommodated at reduced speeds. Rugged, pendular suspension and automatic, multi-axle steering assure the M1000 the ability to get the load to where it's needed.

TUNNER Aircraft Cargo Loader
The TUNNER (60k) Aircraft Cargo Loader/Transporter is designed and built for the USAF to serve at air bases worldwide. This 30-Ton capacity loader is highly mobile and allows large military cargo aircraft to be loaded or unloaded in 3 1/2 hours, as compared to as many as 9 hours previously. Its versatile deck elevates from 39 inches to 18 feet 6 inches and employs a powered conveyor system to move cargo.
