We manufacture chain from 22mm dia. to over 60mm dia. in a range of grades in stud and open link.

Our processes are particularly flexible allowing a wide range of link configurations.

We provide a wide range of materials for very special applications. We offer a non-magnetic chain for Mine Counter Measure Vessels with extremely low magnetic permeability and excellent corrosion resistance properties whilst maintaining high strength.

We now stand the only UK manufacturer for this type of chain. Our raw materials are purchased from within the UK with full traceability.

Accurate control of bar stock diameter and the link forming process ensures a very consistently shaped link.

Careful, automatically controlled, flash butt welding yields strength comparable with the parent metal and hand trimming of the weld area by experienced operators guarantees the smoothest form along the side of the link.

We have full heat-treatment facilities on site with electronically controlled furnaces. Our calibrated test beds perform the full range of proof and break tests in house.
