ACE Shelter Adapter Frame Fielded with CLT Dolly Set

CDK Mobile Systems Inc. has designed and fielded a new Adapter Frame for NATO style ACE Shelters to mate them with the standard NATO CLT Dolly Set system.

ACE Shelter Adapter Frame

Each frame comes complete with four twistlock bolt assemblies to permit connection to either ACE Type 1 or Type 2 Shelters Each frame comes complete with four twistlock bolt assemblies to permit connection to either ACE Type 1 or Type 2 shelters.

Once connected to the Ace Shelter, the CLT Dolly Set can connect to the 8-ft x 8-ft connection points on the ACE Shelter adapter frame for normal transportation, handling and aircraft loading operations (as with ISO Shelters & Containers).

The adapter kit reduces the number of mobilizer systems required in the field to handle a wider range of military shelters and ISO Containers.

Ace adapter frames are fielded with CLT Dolly Set systems with NATO signal battalion and DARS units in 4 NATO countries.
